○ Bed & Circulation: Keep the bed height between 20–25 in (50–64 cm). Leave 24–36 in (61–91 cm) between the bed and walls for easy movement, or 18–24 in (46–61 cm) if the bed is placed diagonally in a corner.

○ Nightstands & Lighting: Choose nightstands that are level with the mattress (24–28 in / 61–71 cm high) with 2–6 in (5–15 cm) of space from the bed. Use table lamps (24–30 in / 61–76 cm) and floor lamps (58–64 in / 147–163 cm) for balanced lighting.

○ Headboard & Wall Décor: A headboard typically ranges from 48–60 in (122–152 cm) high. Hang artwork 6–10 in (15–25 cm) above the headboard, with décor measuring about 60–75% of the bed's width. Accent lights should be installed around 60–66 in (152–168 cm) from the floor.
